CASTOR successfully held the first Workshop on Dependable and Secure Systems on December 9th 2021.

The workshop aimed at discussing challenges in engineering of dependable and secure systems and promoting an industry-academia cooperation in this area.

The workshop organisers Matthias Becker (KTH) and Elena Troubitsyna managed to build an interesting technical program, which featured six international and national speakers from both, academia and industry. The speakers discussed a broad spectrum of problems including dependability of autonomous systems, the application of AI technologies, as well as various aspects of design and verification of real-time systems.

The workshop was organized virtually and could attract 30 participants from Sweden and abroad, who contributes with interesting questions, discussions and ideas for future collaboration.
